Trail Running calendar near Lochmaddy 2026-2027

A 4.5-mile, 2500-foot hill race from Sligachan Hotel on Skye, held 11 July 2026, organised by Skye and Lochalsh Running Club. Windproof body cover is required and proceeds support Skye Mountain Rescue Team.

A 125 km coastal mountain ultra on the remote Knoydart Peninsula in Scotland, staged over three days with tent accommodation. The event includes GPS tracking, manned checkpoints, transfers and a finishers medal.

A roughly 214 miles route following the Cape Wrath Trail from Cape Wrath to the Glenfinnan Viaduct through remote Scottish Highlands. Solo and pairs entries are available and aid stations are located along the route.
