Trail Running calendar near Lochmaddy 2026-2027

A 79 mile self navigation ultramarathon across the Isle of Skye with seven checkpoints and a 27 hour cut off. Entry is by application only, limited to 100 places, and requires mountain experience and mandatory kit.

An unmarked mountain race on Saturday 6 June 2026 along the Trotternish Ridge from Flodigary to Storr Lochs, about 27 km with roughly 2000 m ascent. Category A event with required hill running kit and map and compass navigation.
