A two-day mountain navigation and endurance event in the Mourne Mountains for teams of two, with courses of roughly 35 to 55 km and a one-day score option.

The North Barrule will take place in Ramsey on Saturday 26 September 2026. You can run 5 kilometers.

October 2026

The Backyard Ultra - Isle of Man will take place in Saint John's on Friday 2 October 2026. You can run 7 kilometers.

A mountain running event in County Down on 3 October 2026 covering 11.90 km with 870 m climb, organised by Mourne Runners as part of the IMRA Ulster Championships and NIMRA League; GPS is not allowed and Level C kit is required.

SkyRun the Mournes features three demanding skyrunning races in the scenic Mourne mountains. Runners can choose from distances of 50 km, 35 km, or 20 km, each with significant elevation gain. The event is scheduled for October 10th, 2026.

Nav Challenge 4 in the Mourne Mountains takes place in County Dublin on Sunday 18 October 2026. The unmarked course is 99.00 km with 999 m of climb, GPS is not allowed and a Level B mandatory kit is required.

The James Coulson Laxey Fell will take place in Laxey on Saturday 24 October 2026. You can run 13 kilometers.

November 2026

The Narradale Fell Race will take place in Sulby on Saturday 7 November 2026. You can run 20 kilometers.

December 2026

The Snaefell and the Tholtans will take place in Snaefell on Saturday 5 December 2026. You can run 13 kilometers.

Cairnsmore Hill Race on 12 December 2026 at Muirfad Farm Newton Stewart is a 17.50 km mountain race with 800 m ascent. It is organised by Galloway Mountain Rescue and requires winter kit and fell running experience.

March 2027

Trail runs at Culzean Castle on 7 March 2027 offer 5km, 10km and half marathon options across a 642 acre estate. Live chip timing is provided, canicross is allowed and finishers receive a medal, merchandise and refreshments.

April 2027

A 20 mile coastal trail run from Portrush on 10 April 2027 that follows the Causeway Coast Way past the Giant's Causeway UNESCO site. It is part of the Endurancelife 2026 to 2027 season and is a UTMB qualifier.

June 2027

Ultra Scotland on 5 June 2027 offers supported 50 mile and 100 mile ultramarathons in Scotland as part of the Ultra Great Britain series, with live online GPS tracking and organised by GB Ultras Ltd.
