Trail Running calendar near Loftus 2026-2027

Over two days in late August 2027 Ultras Tour Lancashire offers 50KM+ and 100 mile circular routes through the Forest of Bowland and Lancaster.

A trail running event from Pelican Park Recreation Ground using the TransPennine Trail toward Hornsea. Flat, well-signed courses with feed stations about every three miles and a range of distances from 5k to marathon.

An 11 km fell race on Burley Moor with 250 m of climb in Burley-in-Wharfedale on 6 November 2027. Open to adults 18 and over with pre-entry and on-the-day entry; team and junior entries are not included.

A limited-entry night staging of the Pendle Way from Barley offering mapped checkpoints and navigation practice. Participants choose between 30 miles or 45 miles across moorland terrain with required navigation and night kit.
