Fully marked trail races at Grafham Water on 11 October 2026 offering a 10k and a half marathon around the reservoir, with GPX routes, water stations, first aid cover, medals and prizes for top finishers.

Canicross at Pennington Flash Country Park with forest and lakeside trails, mostly flat with some inclines. Two distance options, on-course marshals, and facilities including parking, a café, and toilets.

A lapped run at Burrs Country Park on 11 October 2026 offering 3.28 mile laps within a seven hour time limit. The event supports The Sunnywood Project and the first 50 entries receive vegan biryani and a medal.

MacTuffX Swindon on 11 October 2026 at County Ground mixes ten Xercises with repeated runs in solo, doubles or five person relay formats, with standard and LITE weight divisions and entry options for different distances.

A ridge fell race on the Cat's Back in the Black Mountains covering about 11.7 km with 492 m of ascent. The route includes steep climbs, technical rocky sections, a trig at the summit, and a ridgeline descent back to the event field.

A community off road running event in Marshfield on Sunday 11 October 2026 with children's and adult distances. Entries support Marshfield Primary School and the routes use temporary access across private land.

A community-focused trail event at Blaise Castle Estate offering 1K, 5K and 10K distances, cultural food, live music and activities. Organised by Black Trail Runners to increase ethnic diversity in UK trail running.

The Buckingham 10K will take place in Buckingham on Sunday 11 October 2026. You can run 10 kilometers.

Trail races around Carsington Water on 17 October 2026, with a half marathon and a 10k on marked, undulating paths. Entries include a themed medal, water and post-race goodies, plus an event village and downloadable GPX routes.

A 100 mile trail race from Goring and Streatley run as four 25 mile out and back spurs on the Ridgeway and Thames Path. The event features 16 aid stations, medical support, strict qualifying standards and a 28 hour cut off.
