MacTuffX Birmingham on 25 July 2026 at Edgbaston pairs ten functional Xercises with repeated runs in Solo, Doubles and Relay formats. Entries are for ages 18 and over and include a LITE weight division.

An endurance format event on 25 July 2026 at The Sidings, Wirral Country Park. Runners complete a 4.167 mile loop each hour until only one remains; the event is sold out with a waiting list.

A muddy 5k obstacle course around Sefton Park with climb, crawl and slide elements; waves run every 15 minutes and participants must be 13 or older. The event supports fundraising and includes event support and a finishers medal.

A 5k obstacle event at Priory Park, Bedford where participants climb, crawl and slide over a mixed grass and tarmac course. The event is for ages 13 and over, includes a fundraising target and awards a finishers' medal.

A 9.3 km fell race near Cwm, Ebbw Vale with 549 m of climb on moorland and a partly waymarked anticlockwise loop. Basic navigation and mountain skills are useful; the event is part of the South Wales Series.

Trail runs on 26 July 2026 from Storey Arms to the Pen Y Fan summit, offered over 5 miles or 13 miles with chip timing, marshalled routes and specified mandatory kit for each distance.

A 28.5 km AL fell race on rugged Pennine moorland near Holmfirth with 1,285 m of ascent. Experienced runners only, navigation and mandatory kit required; entries are limited and the event follows FRA rules.

A one-lap 10 km trail run through Garendon Park on Sunday 26 July 2026, licensed and chip timed with a 400 runner limit. The undulating course mixes open stretches and wooded paths and includes race photos and a technical finisher T shirt.

MacTuffX Sheffield at Herringthorpe Stadium on 26 July 2026 pairs ten Xercises with repeated running legs and offers Solo, Doubles, or Relay entries for participants aged 18 and over, including a LITE weight division.

A circular half marathon trail run on the Ridgeway that visits Ashdown House and the original White Horse Hill. The route is described as undulating and the event is held under UK Athletics rules with a Trail Running Association permit.

An obstacle 5k at Central Forest Park in Stoke On Trent organised by Cancer Research UK, where participants climb, crawl and slide across grass, woodland and tarmac while raising funds for cancer research. Participants must be 13 or older.

Timed laps on a 2.62 mile out and back canal route with flexible distance options from 5 km up to ultra and a seven hour time limit. Both in person and virtual entries receive a physical medal.

A five mile multi terrain race around Alderley Edge, Nether Alderley and Hare Hill organised by Wilmslow Running Club. The route runs through woodland, lanes and fields, includes a team competition and is licensed by England Athletics.

A 6.4 km fell race near Llangollen with 289 m of climb and partial course marking. Entry on the day only for £5 and there are no toilet facilities because the café is closed.

A short, steep fell race on 29 July 2026 in Middletown covering 2.8 km with about 440 m of ascent. Pre-entry and on-the-day entry are offered and junior races are included in the summer series.

A Category CS fell race at Stoney Middleton Playing Field with an 8.5 km route and 308 m of ascent. The course includes climbs on High Street and Longstone Edge and finishes with prize presentation and a beer and BBQ on the field.

A trail music run from Ticknall Village Hall Car Park around Calke Abbey nature park, organised by Run 4 U & Perform Running Club. The session includes a warm up followed by an 8 km trail run with free parking and free entry.

August 2026

A trail event around Hartington in the Peak District offering two scenic routes of about 26 miles and 15 miles, with checkpoints, aid stations, mandatory navigation kit and a village event base.

A trail backyard ultra at Hollinwood Scout Camp with hourly off road loops through fields and woodland, capped at 100 athletes. Prize money for the winner and extra reward for those who exceed 100 mile add to the endurance focus.

A fell race from Llanthony Show Ground with a senior course of 6.3 km and 350 m ascent, plus a programme of junior races. The route leaves the show field, climbs through farmland and bracken, joins Offa's Dyke path, and returns via a steep..
