Winter Trail Monte Prealba
The Winter Trail Monte Prealba is a trail running race that takes place in the Valle Sabbia, offering four different course versions to suit the needs of trail runners. The race unfolds in a picturesque winter landscape, with single tracks and thrilling passages such as the Stretta di Luina in the Parco delle Fucine di Casto and the summit of Monte Prealba. The event relies on over 150 volunteers along the course and offers an internally developed computer system to ensure the safety of the athletes.
Participation involves accepting the official race regulations, and the organization provides medical assistance and insurance for civil liability. The race awards prizes to the first 5 men and the first 5 women of each event, with no cash prizes. Bib distribution takes place the day before the race, and there are refreshment points along the course.
