TRAP 2026 (Trail Run and Plunge)

Location, age rules and facilities

Plunge Only participation is restricted to ages 13 and up. Breakfast items, beverages and a swag item are included with the price of a ticket. The lake bottom is natural, so shoes or water shoes are recommended. An outdoor changing station will be available onsite; a change of clothes and a warm blanket are recommended.
