Logistics, aid and rules
Aid stations on each course provide water and supplied nutrition products (including Fixx and CLIF items). The event is cupless - athletes must carry a cup, hydration pack or bottles for refills. Compulsory equipment lists apply for each distance and equipment checks are required before the event; random on-course checks may incur a 30 minute penalty per missing item and possible disqualification for serious breaches.
