Tower Trail Run takes place on June 14th 2026 in Mount Gambier, South Australia. The event runs on trails shaped by volcanoes and lakes and offers multiple course options around the local volcanic landscape.

Distances include:

• 5 km Fun Run, no minimum age, not pram friendly
• 10 km Trail Run, minimum age 11
• 21 km Trail Run, 2 x 10.5 km laps, minimum age 11
• 32 km Trail Run, 3 x 10.5 km laps, minimum age 11
• 56 km Ultra, 4 x 14 km laps, minimum age 18

Courses combine singletrack, open trail, technical limestone sections, sealed paths, and stairs. The 5 km course includes sections that are not pram friendly. Courses are professionally marked and supported with experienced course marshals. Longer distances have well placed aid stations. Full course maps, elevation profiles, cut off times, aid station details, and GPX files are provided for each distance.
