Event Information

The Driftless Trail Collective organizes the fourth annual Tour de Dodge trail race at Governor Dodge State Park in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. A portion of the event's proceeds supports the Friends of Governor Dodge and the Driftless Area Land Conservancy.

The event offers three distances: 50K, 27K, and 10K. The course includes significant elevation, with the 50K having approximately 4,000 feet of gain and a 9-hour time limit. The 27K has around 2,500 feet of gain with a 7-hour limit, and the 10K has 900 feet of gain with no time limit. Aid stations are placed along the courses, with five on the 50K route, four on the 27K, and one on the 10K. Portable restrooms are available at regular intervals.

The event takes place during turkey hunting season, and participants are advised to wear blaze orange or high-visibility clothing. The race will be held regardless of rain, snow, or shine, though the organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel due to trail conditions, weather, or requests from officials.
