Course, registration and race policies

The course is laid out so that one lap equals the 10K and two laps equal the 20K. The kids race is an out-and-back course of about a mile and is described as moderately hilly. Registration fees listed in the event information include reduced and student prices; specific event entry fees and bundle prices are shown on the event page. Registration is nonrefundable and bib transfers are not allowed. KTC member discounts apply.

Safety and rules include a prohibition on headsets, earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades and pets on the course. Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to run the adult races. An 18:00 per mile minimum pace will be enforced with a sweeper. At least one aid station will be available with very small cups, so participants are advised to carry personal hydration and any needed medication for insect sensitivities.
