The Barodorf

The Barodorf is a point to point trail event through the Adelaide Hills, linking the Barossa Valley with the historic village of Hahndorf. The course traverses vineyard trails, native bushland, ridgelines and heritage towns and includes sections of the Heysen Trail. The event date is Saturday 15 August 2026. Each year the race direction alternates: in even years the route goes south from the Barossa to Hahndorf, and in odd years it runs north back to the Barossa.

Distances offered range from short downhill options to long ultra distances. Places are strictly capped to preserve the trail experience and maintain course quality.
