Distances and entry details
- Marathon (42.2 km) - age 18+; 8 hour cut-off; entry $180
- 30 km - age 18+; 6 hour cut-off; entry $135
- 15 km - age 16+; no formal cut-off (4.5 hour timeframe anticipated); entry $95
- 10 km - children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian who is entered; 3 hour timeframe anticipated; entry $75
- 5 km - children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian who is entered; 1.5 hour timeframe anticipated; entry $45
- 2.5 km Kids - suitable for children up to 13 years; entrants under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; entry $30
Registration period runs from March 1 to October 30, 2025.
Policies and other information
The event has a tiered refund policy with an admin fee of $2.50. In the event of postponement for reasons beyond organiser control, registrations will move to the rescheduled date or participants may choose limited alternatives, including a 50% refund if requested in writing within 60 days. Transfers are allowed for the current year with an admin fee and must be completed by 31 October 2025. All merchandise is custom made, pick-up only at the event, and non-refundable. Podium awards are given for 1st–3rd male and female in each distance, excluding kids. The festival includes an Acknowledgement of Country.
