Snowden Trail Race

Snowden Trail Race takes place in the Snowden Demonstration Forest at PRT Growing Services Ltd. Campbell River Nursery on Snowden Camp Rd in Campbell River, British Columbia. The event is scheduled for May 30, 2026.

The course features miles of single track with gentle rollers and generally soft footing. Sections run under forest canopy and offer filtered natural light and wooded scenery.

Distances offered:

• 11 km - Approx 170 m elevation gain
• 26 km - Approx 485 m elevation gain

The event presents a grassroots tailgate atmosphere with a live DJ, prizes, post run food and drinks, and a well marked course through the forest. Organizers will raise funds for Campbell River Search & Rescue; that organization will be on site and donations can be made during registration. Registration fees vary by period and availability.

Participants should note there is limited or basically no cell coverage at Race Central and across the trail network. Safety policies include access for registered participants only, a required online waiver, a prohibition on swapping bibs, and a requirement to notify course marshals or finish line staff if a runner cannot complete the course.
