Scenic Rim Ultra 2026 : overview
The Scenic Rim Ultra takes place on 8 August 2026 in the Scenic Rim region of Queensland, Australia. The event base is Lilybrook Camping Area (Western Trail Head) on Beaudesert Boonah Rd in Coulson. The event offers multiple distances on a loop course that finishes back at Lilybrook Camping Area.

Course and race features
Routes traverse four mountains, the Dugandan Range, Wyaralong Dam and private trails. Surfaces include dirt roads and single track through dense forest. The course includes significant climbing and ridgelines, with total elevation gain for the event described as more than 4,000 m. The terrain includes technical downhill sections and rural areas where livestock may be encountered. All routes finish at the Lilybrook Recreation Area.

Entry windows are: early bird 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026, standard entries 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026, and late entries 1 August 2026 to 6 August 2026. Sample early/standard/late fees listed are:
- 100 mile: $500 / $565 / $599
- 105 km: $400 / $465 / $499
- 65 km: $290 / $335 / $365
- 42 km: $190 / $220 / $250
- 25 km: $155 / $175 / $200
- 10 km: $70 / $80 / $90
A pacer fee is listed at $50 for the 65 km and 105 km events. Select distances carry ITRA points, for example 105 km (4 ITRA points), 65 km (3 points), 42 km (2 points) and 25 km (1 point).
