Dirty Spokes Sawnee Mountain Trail Run

The event offers two off-road trail races held at Sawnee Mountain in Cumming, Georgia (4075 Spot Road / 2505 Bettis Tribble Gap Road). The course begins on asphalt near the nature center and soon moves into wooded single track and double track. Runners encounter varied terrain including steep and rolling hills and some technical rocky sections.

There are two distance options:

4.0 Miles
3.1 Miles

Race registration includes a tri-blend t-shirt, chip timing, and a professionally marked course. Awards and medals are provided for the top three finishers in each age group and for overall and age-category winners in male and female divisions; awards for masters, grandmasters, and senior grandmasters are also listed. Medals for age-group placings will not be mailed and must be claimed in person.

Registration for both races opens on 10/11/2026 and closes on 6/27/2027. Published registration fees are $45.00 for the 4.0 Mile race and $40.00 for the 3.1 Mile race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
