Kingston 10k

The Kingston 10k is a 10 km running event that starts and finishes at the Kingston Hawker Centre on Lower Ham Road, KT2 5BH. The course runs through the streets of Kingston and along the river towpath.

The event uses chip timing and posts results as runners cross the finish line. All finishers receive a medal and finish-area refreshments, listed as water, juices, fruit and a bar. Toilets are provided at the start and finish, and an official race photographer will be present.

Event services include a cordoned free baggage drop with a recommendation not to leave valuables, a medical team located at the start area, and a brief pre-race warm up about ten minutes before the race. The use of headphones is restricted to bone conduction devices in line with UKA Rule 240 S 5.

The Kingston 10k has an official charity partner, Kingston Hospital Charity, and participants are encouraged to support the charity. The nearest train station is Kingston; from the station runners can turn left onto Richmond Road to catch the 65 bus towards Ealing or walk about 20 minutes to the Hawker Centre. There is no parking inside the Hawker Centre; marshals will turn cars away and free parking is available in nearby residential roads such as Dukes Avenue and Riverside Drive. The main building at the venue will be open from 8am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
