The Run of the Mill is a challenging 14.6 km race with 966 meters of ascent, held in Alva Glen near the Ochils Woodland Park in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. The course starts and finishes at Alva Glen, passing through scenic footpaths to Tillicoultry, then ascending several summits including Andrew Gannel Hill, Ben Cleuch, Ben Ever, and The Nebit, which must be climbed this year. The route features flagged sections and requires runners to carry essential kit such as waterproof clothing, compass, whistle, and map.
