Race details, awards and extras

The event provides chip-timed results and free professional race photos. Every finisher receives a custom, hand-blown glass finisher medal made by a local glassblower, and runners are given a red rose at the finish. The event also includes a Valentine’s-themed chocolate fountain and other sweet treats. Costumes are encouraged.

Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in each distance, plus age-group awards in 10-year divisions. There are several fun team categories, including Sweetheart (couples), BFF (best friends), and family teams such as mother/daughter and father/son.
