Rose Rock Trail Run

The Rose Rock Trail Run is the sixth annual edition of a trail running event held at the Crosstimbers Riding Area on the west side of Lake Stanley Draper in Oklahoma City. For 2026 the event was postponed to the alternate weather backup date of Saturday February 7, 2026.

The venue covers over 1,100 acres with roughly 60 miles of trails. For this event the blue trail will be closed to motorized riders and opened to runners and walkers for the day. Courses are a series of loops on groomed single-track trails composed of clay, sandstone, rocks, and gravel. Terrain is hilly and varied; participants may run, hike, or walk the routes. Trails for the event close at 2:00 pm.

Timing uses MyLaps bib tag timing and a chip start system with live online results and custom finisher certificates. Each participant receives a unique finisher item; registering by December 15, 2025 guarantees a long sleeve event shirt while supplies last. Packet pick up locations include Red Coyote Running and Fitness and the Earlywine Park YMCA.
