The RAF Spadeadam Blue Streak Trail Run is a unique running event held at RAF Spadeadam, the historic test centre for the Blue Streak rocket in the UK. Scheduled for May 10, 2025, the trail run offers two distances: 14 miles and 11 kilometers, both open to participants aged 16 and over. The course features iconic launch platforms, military equipment, and practice targets, providing runners with exclusive access to military historical sites not usually open to the public. Participants will enjoy stunning views of the Lake District, Hadrian's Wall, and Spadeadam Forest. All finishers receive a medal, and proceeds support the RAF Benevolent Fund.
