The courses travel through Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth Beach, and the historic Fort Miles. Participants can choose from several distances and participation styles, including traditional running, race walking, and a heavy march challenge. All race courses are USATF certified and feature a mix of hardened surfaces, crushed gravel trails, and rolling hills.

The event site features a Middle East Historical Exhibit, providing an educational walk-through of history for participants and spectators. A celebration area includes local vendors and live music performances throughout the day. Participants who register by May 3, 2026, receive an event t-shirt, and all finishers are awarded a race medallion.
