Pumpkinpalooza Trail Run takes place at Millican Reserve in College Station, Texas. The event features multiple trail distances: 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon, plus a Kids Run. All races run on Millican Reserve trails, in one lap designed for terrain to suit all levels.

Packet pickup is at Millican Reserve, with shirts or hats and a finisher medal for all. Post-race food and drinks add to the atmosphere, and awards go to top overall and age-group finishers. A $5 option lets fans earn a wooden finishers medal by running a short extra distance with a child.
