3 Bays Running Festival
The 3 Bays Running Festival returns for 2026 in Portland with a program of road and trail events. The festival includes coastal trail races that follow sections of the Great South West Walk, featuring mostly single track and some beach running. Road events include a marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon and a range of relay options for schools and teams.

- 60 km Trail Ultra
- 30 km Coastal trail run along the Great South West Walk
- 102 km Hybrid Fool combining the 60 km and marathon
- 42.2 km Marathon, about 300 m elevation gain
- 21.1 km Half Marathon, about 100 m elevation gain
- 10.5 km Quarter Marathon, flat with less than 40 m elevation gain
- Relays for primary and secondary schools, plus 4 and 8 person run and walk teams
Entry fees listed for recent editions include the 60 km trail at $150, the 42.2 km marathon at $120, the 21.1 km half marathon at $80, and the 10.5 km quarter at $50. Relay entry fees have been shown in a range of $80 to $160. The Hybrid Fool option allows competitors who complete the 60 km to add a marathon finish for an additional fee at the finish.
