The Pine to Palm 100 is a challenging 100-mile endurance run held in Southern Oregon, starting at Rock Creek Road in Williams and finishing in Ashland's Lithia Park. The point-to-point course traverses the rugged Siskiyou Mountains, featuring over 20,000 feet of elevation gain and loss, with climbs reaching 7,000 feet.
