Entry is open to ages 18 and older. Entry fee listed is $100 and the price increases after January 10, 2026. Race packets may be picked up Friday, April 17 (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm) at Fleet Feet Little Rock or at Pavilion #8 on race morning. Bibs and timing chips are issued on race morning only. Registrants who want a guaranteed race shirt size must register by March 11.

Course and logistics

The course starts and ends with about two miles of pavement between Maumelle Park and the eastern Ouachita Trail terminus at Pinnacle Mountain State Park. The route climbs over and around Pinnacle Mountain, then follows an out-and-back along the north shore of Lake Maumelle on the Ouachita National Recreation Trail. Most of the trail is rocky single-track, marked with blue blazes and additional blue-and-white ribbon markers. The 50K course diverts from the main trail near the 16 mile point. If conditions are wet, the summit portion may be rerouted by the state park.

There are eleven staffed aid stations for the 50 Mile and seven for the 50 km. Runners are strongly advised to carry at least one fluid bottle; aid stations provide water, Gatorade, snacks, fruit and sandwiches. Crew access is allowed only at specified locations. Drop bags go to Northshore and Hwy 10 (50 Mile only) and must be labeled. The 50 Mile has a 13-hour time limit; both races have a 7:00 PM cut-off. Awards are given to all finishers and to overall top male and female open and masters. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
