The event is organised by LDWA - Heart Of England and is based at Colwall Village Hall, Mill Ln, Malvern WR13 6EQ (Grid Ref SO750420). Entries open 31 October 2025 and close 12 June 2026. Entry fees are £18 for LDWA members and £26 for non-members. The event uses the same routes as 2025. Entries recorded so far are 3 participants.

Routes and event details

Distances offered:

  • 27 miles - full Malvern Hills; approx 5000 ft ascent; 4 checkpoints.
  • 15 miles - to Black Hill; plenty of climb; 2 checkpoints.

The routes run clockwise with a common first half; the longer route continues while the short route returns to HQ. Both routes pass through Cradley, Mathon, Colwall, and Evendine. The longer route also passes Oyster Hill, Ledbury, and Bromsberrow and follows the main ridge from British Camp after the northern Malverns. Checkpoints provide snacks and drinks. A hot meal and pudding are available at the finish. Participants should bring a mug because none will be provided at checkpoints or the finish. Trail runs nearby

Experience a night run through Wyre Forest on 26 November 2025 with a 10 km course run as two laps under torchlight. Canicross are welcome and every finisher gets a medal while prizes await the top three in each gender.

Take on the Winter Bumble Bimble 5 mile trail run from the Park Gate Inn in Bromsgrove on Sunday 30 November 2025. Entries are limited to 300 and all finishers get a medal as you tackle woodland, rolling fields and muddy scenic trails.

Run a scenic, traffic free 6.5 mile (about 10K) lap of Croome Park with a big hill to start and finish. Trail shoes are recommended and all finishers receive medals and goody bags.

Join the inaugural Allsorts Tinkley Gate Santa Dash for a festive family friendly 5 km trail run at Woodchester, with costumes and a post race cafe. Dress as Santa or an elf to support local charity Allsorts; dogs on short leashes welcome.
