Kilcunda Trail Running Festival

The Kilcunda Trail Running Festival is a coastal trail event on Victoria's Bass Coast. The festival takes place on Sun 1 Feb, 2026 and uses trails that run between cliffs overlooking the Southern Ocean and inland fields. The route terrain includes rolling grassy slopes, sandy beaches and hills, with sections that pass near grazing cattle.

The village area is based at the nature reserve opposite the Kilcunda Ocean View Hotel, 3531-3533 Bass Hwy, Kilcunda VIC 3995. Kilcunda is located about 90 minutes from Melbourne on the Bass Highway and provides access to nearby destinations such as Phillip Island, Inverloch and Wonthaggi for further exploration after the event.
