Distances
- 100 Mile: An out-and-back course covering approximately 108 miles with 29,000 feet of elevation gain.

- 20 Mile: A 20.1 mile loop with 5,900 feet of elevation gain.
Course Details
The routes utilize various trails such as the Mount Tecumseh, Osceola, Hancock Notch, and Sawyer River trails. Participants in the longer distances will summit peaks including Mount Osceola, Mount Tremont, and the Moat Mountains. The courses are unmarked, requiring runners to be proficient in navigation using provided maps and GPS data.
Requirements and Logistics
The 100 Mile and 50 Mile events have strict qualification requirements. Runners for the 100 Mile must have completed a 50 mile race or similar mountain effort within the past year. 50 Mile participants must have completed a 50 km race or equivalent within the same timeframe.
Mandatory gear is required for all distances due to exposed terrain and variable mountain weather. Items include a minimum of 2 liters of water, an emergency blanket, a whistle, a headlamp, and a rain jacket. A shuttle service is provided for 50 Mile runners to reach their starting point at the South Moat Trailhead.
