Course and format

Runners complete a roughly 3 mile loop around Hills Creek Lake that is mostly single-track trail. The loop has just over 200 ft of elevation gain per lap. The start/finish area and the aid station are located at the Sugarbush Pavilion. Participants may complete as many laps as they can within their chosen time limit.

The 12-hour relay allows teams of up to four people; smaller teams may compete. Teams are responsible for managing their own exchanges and must keep the bib moving. A prize will be awarded to the first-place relay team.

Additional information

The event is rain or shine. There are no refunds, deferrals, or bib transfers. Camping is available within the park; nearby lodging options include Wellsboro and Mansfield. If park campgrounds are full, Ives Run is mentioned as an alternative about 9 miles away. The event is associated with the ReVibe Wild Runners program, which is offered free to kids 17 and under. A 50% entry discount applies to runners 14 and under (not valid for relays) using the code provided at registration.
