Grand Trail des Lacs & Châteaux Summer Edition
The Grand Trail des Lacs & Châteaux (GTLC) is a trail running event held in Belgium, specifically around the High Fens region with the start located at the Ovifat ski slope. The event features a variety of distances held over two days, traversing forests, lakes, and local landmarks. Several of the races are affiliated with the UTMB World Series qualifiers.
The event offers the following race distances:
- 160 km with 6300 m of elevation gain (returning in 2029).
- 87 km with 3370 m of elevation gain.
- 47 km with 1888 m of elevation gain.
- 21 km with 750 m of elevation gain.
- 11 km with 520 m of elevation gain.
- 2 km with 93 m of elevation gain.
- 8.59 km with 606 m of elevation gain (TRI+).
