The Flat Top Mesa Endurance Run takes place in Mesquite, Nevada on Saturday, February 14 to Sunday, February 15, 2026. The event is held at 1635 World Championship Way, Mesquite, NV 89027. Four race distances are offered and each uses a roughly 10-mile counter-clockwise loop on desert trails. The loop starts and ends at a parking lot at the bottom of the course and is tracked on Garmin Connect.

  • 50 Miler: 5 loops (approximately 50 miles)
  • 100 Miler: 10 loops (approximately 100 miles)
  • 50K: 3 loops plus a 0.5-mile out-and-back on a nearby bike path (approximately 31.1 miles)
  • 100K: two 50K courses (approximately 62.2 miles)

Course and logistics

The 10-mile loop has a net elevation change of about 430 feet per loop, starting near 1903 ft and peaking near 2333 ft. The first mile is a steep climb, miles 1–5 include continued climbing and rolling hills, an aid station sits near the halfway point of each loop, miles 5–9 are a mid-course plateau, and the final mile is a steep technical descent back to the parking lot. Terrain is predominantly packed dirt and rocky singletrack with open desert vistas. The 0.5-mile out-and-back for the 50K and 100K is on a flat, paved bike path. Recommended gear noted in the event materials includes trail shoes with good grip and sun protection; longer-distance runners may plan for spare shoes or socks and carry extra fluids between aid stations.
