The Fall Backyard Burn Trail Run at Fountainhead Regional Park takes place on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in Fairfax Station, VA (10875 Hampton Road). The event is produced by EX2 Adventures and offers two trail-run distances. The shorter course is a single loop; the longer course adds an out-and-back lollipop on the Bull Run Occoquan Trail. Race rules include no in-ear headphones, no pets, pacers, or baby strollers on course, visible race numbers worn on the front, outside assistance allowed only within 50 meters of aid stations, and a requirement to stay on designated trails.
