Portable in-ear music devices are not permitted. Pets, pacers, and baby strollers are not allowed on the course. There are no cut-off times. Race swag varies by series stop; Fountainhead swag options include a tri-blend t-shirt or a water bottle. Finish medals are optional for individual races; completing all five series races earns a series medal.
