Entry fees vary by distance and registration date, with early, late, and race-day pricing tiers. The organizer will use a Super Soft Tri Blend shirt for 2026 and notes there is no guarantee of a shirt for late or race-day registrations; men's and women's sizes are offered.

Packet pickup is held on race morning. Awards include medals and prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers in each race, overall masters winners, and the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Medals will not be mailed; recipients must be present to receive them. Walkers may participate; to receive an official time they should be able to complete the course at a 16-minute-per-mile pace or faster.
