The DINO Trail Run at Brown County State Park takes place on Saturday May 30th, 2026, at 1801 IN-46, Nashville, IN 47448. The event offers two course distances:

Course

Course difficulty ratings are Hills: 5 and Surface: 3 (scale 1=easy, 5=difficult). The course begins with an uphill first mile before flattening. The 5K returns on a mile-long downhill to the finish. The 15K turns onto a loop with several long climbs and descents and finishes on the same long downhill as the 5K. Most of the race is on mountain bike trails. GPX files and course maps are provided.

Entry rules and awards

Race rules include visible race numbers on the front, following marked trails, no short cutting, and courteous communication when passing. Headphones and dogs are not permitted. There is no formal time limit, but participants taking longer than 2 1/4 hours may miss awards and services. Overall top three in each distance receive medals; top three in age groups also receive medals. Age groups are listed in ten-year bands plus youth categories.
