Devilbend Trail Run
The Devilbend Trail Run is an annual community running event held in August at Devilbend Natural Features Reserve in Tuerong on the Mornington Peninsula. The 2026 edition is the 50th running and takes place on Sunday 16 August 2026.
Courses run through bushland and around the Devilbend reservoir, using a mix of surfaces from grass to gravel, stones, mud and clay. The half marathon distance includes a 1.5 km section on gravel road. The event offers multiple distance options and a children’s Magic Mile for participants under 13; a parent may run alongside a child in the Magic Mile at no charge.

Funds raised by the event support initiatives of the not-for-profit Mornington Peninsula Athletic Club (MPAC). Proceeds help purchase equipment for the Mornington track and support junior athletes across the peninsula. MPAC is an amateur athletics and recreational running club that runs track and field, cross country and road running activities throughout the year. The event relies on volunteers and local business support and is set within the natural features reserve at 159 Graydens Road, Tuerong (Melway ref 152 J3).
