BVRT100s - 2026 takes place in Yarraman, Queensland, Australia on June 12, 2026. The event uses the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT) corridor and finishes at the Ipswich Grammar School Playing Fields (IGS).
Courses
The event program includes:
- 200 mile - IGS to Yarraman and return (crew mandatory)
- 100 mile - From Yarraman Heritage Centre along the full BVRT to Brassall, finishing at IGS
- 50 mile - From Toogoolawah to IGS
- 100 km (Beginners Edition) - From Harlin to IGS
The 200 mile start is staged a day earlier at IGS and joins the 100 mile participants after reaching the Yarraman Heritage Centre.
Entry, qualification and race support
200 mile entrants must meet qualifying criteria; acceptable qualifiers include prior BVRT100 (2021/2022), any 100-mile event within 12 months, combinations of 100-mile and 100 km events within specified windows, or a 24-hour track event over 160 km within 18 months. Specific event exceptions are listed for certain 100 km results. Pacer options are available with fees ranging from A$25 to A$50 and designated join points. Full participants receive hydration, nutrition and electrolyte access along the course, medical services during the event, an event garment, a tankard and a finishers medal on completion.
