Brimbank Park Running Festival

The Brimbank Park Running Festival takes place on Sunday 22 March 2026 at Brimbank Park, Keilor Park Drive, Keilor VIC 3036. The course uses parkland about 15 minutes north-west of the city and includes open spaces, wooded river trails, a river crossing and a small number of climbs. Distances offered are:

  • 2 km
  • 5 km
  • 10 km
  • 21 km
  • 42 km
  • 50 km

Course maps and downloadable files are available for each distance, including PDF maps and GPX/CRS files. The 50 km event is split into two stage map files. Check-in and the race briefing are compulsory and competitors collect race bibs at check-in. A team challenge scores one point per kilometre run; the team with the most kilometres wins.

Entry, fees and charity

Entry fees vary by distance and booking period. For 2025 the published fee range ran from $20 (special 2 km) to $150 (late entry 50 km). Fees listed include GST; additional Humanitix booking fees are added at checkout. On-day registration is available at higher fees. Trailsplus uses the Humanitix ticketing system and donates booking-fee proceeds to a chosen cause; for this race the chosen impact partner is Yalari. Trailsplus also donates $1 per participant to Canteen; in 2025 there were 274 competitors and a total of $331 was donated to Canteen. Volunteers are invited to help on the day.
