Entry, course files and other details

Entry fees vary by distance and by booking period; fees include GST and Humanitix booking fees are added at checkout. On-day registration is available on site and is more expensive than online entry. Course maps and downloadable GPX and CRS files are provided for each distance, including split PDFs for the 50 km race. Check-in and the race briefing are compulsory and competitors collect their race bibs at check-in. A team challenge is offered: teams record 1 point per kilometre run and the team with the most kilometres wins. Trailsplus donates $1 per participant to Canteen; in 2025 the event had 274 competitors and total donations to Canteen from this event amounted to $331. Volunteer roles are available on the day.
