The Brazos Bend 50 takes place on April 11, 2026 at Brazos Bend State Park, 21901 Farm to Market Rd 762, Needville, TX. All events start and finish at Elm Lake Pavilion. Packet pickup is available before race day at Elm Lake Pavilion and at Good Times Running Co in Katy. Parking shuttles operate between parking areas (Nature Center, 40 Acre, overflow) and Elm Lake. Registered runners, pacers, volunteers, and campers do not need to purchase a park pass.

Pacer registration must be completed through the event platform for insurance. Pacers on the 50M are allowed only on the final lap, must remain with their runner at all times, and each athlete is normally allowed one pacer.

Course, park, and camping

The course is described as 99.9% flat with a single 10-foot hill. Surfaces include hard crushed rock, soft hiking trails under tree canopy, and horse trails. The park is home to abundant birds and American alligators; organizers note there have been no incidents. Guests age 13 and over require a special events state park pass for the weekend; digital payment receipt is exchanged for wristbands at packet pickup. Camping in the event area and parking lots is not allowed; reservations for park campsites must be made through the state park reservation system.
