Logistics and course

All races start and finish at Elm Lake Pavilion. Packet pickup and bag drop are available on pre-race days and the race weekend. Parking shuttles operate between overflow lots and Elm Lake.

The course is described as mostly flat - 99.9% flat with a single 10-foot hill. Trail surfaces include hard crushed rock, soft hiking trails under a tree canopy, and horse trails. Spring conditions are typically warm and humid, with cooler mornings possible.

Park rules and support details: registered runners, pacers, volunteers, and campers do not need a separate park pass; other guests 13 and over require a special events park pass for weekend entry. Pacers are allowed only on the final lap of the 50-mile race, must remain with their runner, and must register.
