Bashore Bash 6HR & 12HR Ultra
The Bashore Bash takes place on the trails of the Bashore Scout Reservation, located in the Blue Mountains of northern Lebanon County. Participants can choose between two duration-based events held on a looped course:
- 6 Hour Ultra
- 12 Hour Ultra
The course is primarily composed of technical single track trails with some sections of double track. Runners encounter varied natural terrain including tree roots, rocks, dirt, and mud. Much of the route is covered by shade as it winds through the local landscape.
The loop distance is approximately 3.5 miles, though the final length is determined closer to the event based on specific trail conditions. Participants determine their own total distance by choosing how many loops to complete within their selected time limit. The event is held at 160 Moonshine Road in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.
