The 55K course, introduced in 2025, runs largely on single-track trail past Tumalo Falls and views of high Cascade peaks. Runners have an 11.5 hour cutoff to complete this distance.

The Half Marathon follows flowing single track off Cascade Lakes Highway through the Deschutes National Forest. It has about 1300 feet of elevation gain and is described as mostly non-technical. There is one aid station on course at mile 9.5 supplying water, Coke, ginger ale, an electrolyte drink called Precision, gels, and other snack items.
