Alpine Solstice is scheduled for June 20, 2026, at Swampy Lakes Sno Park near Bend, Oregon, in the Cascade Range. The event offers the following distances:

The 55K is a new course introduced for 2025 that runs past Tumalo Falls. It features about 4,000 ft of elevation gain and 4,000 ft of elevation loss, approximately 90% single-track and 10% two-track, and four fully stocked aid stations. The 55K has an overall time limit of 11.5 hours.
The Half Marathon route runs through the Deschutes National Forest off Cascade Lakes Highway with about 1,300 ft of elevation gain. The half is described as mostly non-technical; there is one aid station at mile 9.5 offering water, Coke, ginger ale, an electrolyte drink, gels, and snacks.
Registration, policies, and logistics
Early registration prices (Jan 1–Mar 31) are $125 for the 55K and $95 for the half. Later registration (Apr 1–Jun 17) is $140 for the 55K and $115 for the half. Register by May 17 to be guaranteed a shirt size. The event supports the Ridgeview cross country/track team as beneficiary. Trails used are multi-use and remain open to other users during the event. No dogs are permitted to run with participants. The event is cupless; participants are expected to provide their own cup or bottle for aid stations. Refund and transfer policy: no transfers; cancellations more than 30 days before the race receive a 50% credit toward the same event the following year; cancellations within 30 days receive no credit or refund.
