ACORN Pollok Park Trail Races

ACORN Pollok Park Trail Races is a charity trail event held at Pollok Country Park on 10 May 2026. All profits from race entries will be donated to Bike For Good; the charity was selected in recognition of a contributor who produced footage for the organiser's series.

There are two race options:

  • 5 km
  • 10 km

The route is multi-terrain and includes both tarmac and trail sections. The 10 km follows two laps of the roughly 5 km loop. The course covers a large area of the park and features some inclines and declines, a few faster paved sections, and the possibility of mud. A couple of road crossings inside the park will be marshalled.

Facilities and event details include manual timing, a water station, qualified first aid, finishers goody bags with a race buff plus snacks and refreshments, prizes for winners, and spot prizes. Event goody bags are issued after crossing the finish line. Participants are asked to keep their race bibs visible on the front for timing.

There is pay and display parking within the park. The nearest train stations are Corkerhill and Pollokshaws West. The What3Words location for registration is ///snail.stale.gallons. Entry is limited to 100 runners across both distances. Entry costs are £10 for the 5 km and £15 for the 10 km. Entry closes on 4 May 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
