Event Overview

The A Coventry Way Challenge is an annual event where participants walk or run a 40 mile countryside route. It takes place on a Sunday, starting and finishing at the Heart of England Social Club in Meriden. Participants can complete the distance solo or as part of a relay team.

Route and Support

The event uses a 40-mile circular route known as 'A Coventry Way'. For the upcoming edition, there will be two major route changes and a relocated checkpoint. Each participant or team receives a tracker to monitor progress. The event is assisted by the Heart of England Local Group of the Long Distance Walkers Association.

Participants have access to five checkpoints providing cold drinks and a variety of food. At the finish, there is a hot meal available. All finishers receive a certificate.
