Zwartberg Trapsuutjies Fietsren & Hardlooproete
Zwartberg Trapsuutjies is a combined mountain bike, trail run and fun walk event based at the NG Church in Prince Albert, Western Cape. Routes start and finish at the church and follow tracks through Karoo landscapes with views of the Swartberg Mountains and sections near the Swartberg Pass.
The event offers multiple timed categories and a dedicated E Bike category with its own start batch. Distances on offer include:
- 63 km MTB for experienced riders
- 42 km MTB for moderate racing
- 63 km E Bike category
- 19 km MTB for easier riding and sightseeing
- 12 km Trail Run
- 5 km Fun Walk for families and supporters
Online entries close on 7 August 2026. Late entries are available on race morning and registration takes place at the NG Church in Prince Albert in the days before and on the event date. A prize giving will be held at the church bazaar on the day of the event. The event lists a typical age range starting at 12 years and above.
