I Love Boobies Women’s Trail Run
The I Love Boobies Women’s Trail Run takes place on 22 August 2026 at Elgin Grabouw Country Club. The event uses flowing trails around the Elgin Grabouw area and supports the work of ILoveBoobies ZA NPC, which provides free breast cancer education and screenings to underserved South African women.

GPX files for each route are provided and are distributed as ZIP files that contain the .gpx track for each distance.
What is included with entry: the event raises funds for ILoveBoobies, offers Discovery Vitality points (1500 points for the 21 km, 600 points for the 12 km, 300 points for the 6 km), cash prizes for the top three women in each distance, goodie bags for entrants, a commemorative medal, and prizes for best pink outfits. Men may enter and are encouraged to wear pink; there are prizes for best dressed men.
Additional event notes: vendors on site include Woolies Food Truck and Mindful Healing sports massage. Parking is provided in the field outside the country club gate with directions from parking marshals. A FlexiPass add-on is available that permits one substitution up to the day before the event and provides refund options up to 30 or 7 calendar days prior according to the published policy.
