Wise Raven Trail Race at Camp Heidelberg, Waterloo ON
Wise Raven Trail Race takes place at Camp Heidelberg on Kressler Road in Waterloo, Ontario. Any money in excess of expenses will be donated to Run-Walk-Roll for WRHNCC. This is the 11th year raising funds for WRHNCC and the race is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario. Entry is limited to 115 spots and there is plenty of parking.
The course is a well marked 2.5 km loop through forested trails on the camp property. The route is mainly fast, groomed trail with some short technical sections that include rocks and roots and a few rolling hills. Each loop has approximately 45 m of elevation gain. October weather can include rain or snow.

- 10 km (4 loops)
- 25 km (10 loops)
- 50 km (20 loops)
- 6 hour individual and relay options
A covered aid station is on course and there is space to set up a drop bag. Aid station items include water, pop, electrolytes, candy assortments, chips, pickles and sometimes PB&J sandwiches and pie. The event is cup-less so participants should bring a water bottle. All events are electronically timed by Chiptime Results. No dogs or pets are allowed on the property and no alcohol is permitted. Finishers receive a medal. Refunds are not offered; runners may defer to the following year and distance transfers are allowed under the stated conditions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
