The Winter Georgetown 5k & Half is a running event held in Georgetown, Washington, DC, at 3530 Water St NW on January 17, 2027. Both the 5K and the half marathon take place along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path.
The half marathon begins and ends near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5K begins and ends at Fletcher's Boat House. Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend the event.
Points from the in person events count toward the Year-Long 5k, Endurance, and Back of the Pack Series, and they also count toward the Winter Series. The event offers virtual entry options with different choices for medals and shirts.
