Winery Run - Hunter Valley
Winery Run - Hunter Valley is a set of running events organised by H Events in the Hunter Valley on 18 July 2027. The course is set among vineyards near Lovedale, with the event sited at Wandin Estate, Cricket Pavilion, 12 Wilderness Road, Lovedale NSW. The organiser states the location is about a two-hour drive north of Sydney and 30 minutes from Newcastle.
The programme offers five distances:
- 42.2 km Marathon
- 21.1 km Half Marathon
- 10.5 km Winery 10.5km
- 5 km Winery Wander
- Approx 2 km Kids Marathon
Entries open in late 2026 and close the day before the event unless sold out earlier. A late entry fee applies from two weeks before race day. Transfers to another person are allowed via the event entry portal for a $10 transfer fee; transfers between different H Events are not permitted. Refunds are available on a sliding scale: 70% refund up to six weeks before the event, 40% refund from six weeks to 14 days before the event, and no refunds within 14 days.
All finishers receive a commemorative medal. Age group medals are not awarded; only the overall male and female winners receive prizes. Dogs are not permitted on course. Official results and race timing are published via Multisport Australia Timing and race photos through Marathon Photos. Volunteers are invited to register to assist on event day.
