Weymouth Woods 25K/50K Trail Run
The Weymouth Woods 25K and 50K take place on April 10, 2027 at Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The course uses forest trails with roots and sand under a canopy of long leaf pine trees.

A well stocked aid station will be located at the start and finish. This is a cupless event; runners must provide their own bottles, flasks, reusable cups, or similar. Participants will have space to set up small personal aid stations, chairs, or drop bags near the start area.
All runners receive a t shirt and all finishers receive a finisher medal. T shirts will not be mailed to participants who do not attend. There are no refunds and deferments are handled on a case by case basis. Electronic timing will be provided by Clockwork Race Timing. Registration opens October 2, 2026 and closes January 9, 2027; registration fees are listed for each distance.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Friends of Weymouth Woods. In accordance with Executive Order number 210 dated April 29, 2021, outdoor gatherings are restricted to 200 people and face masks are not required for outdoor activities; additional guidelines will be issued if the field size changes.
