Warrior 5K & 8K Through The Park
The event is held at Picnic Area 3A, 2028 S 124th Street, West Allis, WI. The course begins on the southwest corner of the park and climbs gradually north before winding back toward the start along trails through a small line of trees. Runners then follow a service road where the first mile is at the back end of the parking lot. The route continues through the woods on rolling trails with mile two located at a fork in the path. The final 1.2 miles largely mirrors the opening section and provides stretches of open space for movement.
The course is rolling overall and includes occasional rough footing in wooded sections. The layout combines service road, open park areas, and wooded trail segments.
