About the race
Salomon Warburton Trail Fest 2027 is a three-day trail running festival in Warburton, Victoria, held over the March long weekend (March 6–8, 2027). The event uses venues around 3455–3457 Warburton Highway and promotes a trail and mountain running lifestyle with races, social events and supporting activities.
Racing options are offered across three days and include single-day and multiday entries. Two multiday packages are described: "Multiday Madness" (50 km, 22 km plus night run, and additional festival events) and "Multiday Magic" (27 km, 14 km plus night run, and additional festival events). The festival also lists individual race options and shorter fun events, a film screening, seminars, and nonrunning events such as a Lilo Dash n Derby and a Thong race.
Participant benefits and logistics mentioned include festival discounts from sponsors, a range of entry fees that vary by entry period, limited local accommodation during the Labour Day long weekend, and an optional fundraising campsite on the Warburton Primary School oval. The event refund policy states refunds (less an admin fee) are available only prior to midnight on February 6; after that date refunds and transfers to future events are not offered, although transfers to another person are permitted.
